IA Ayurvedic Medical College (IAMC) & UHAN, USTM, successfully celebrated SUSHRUTA JAYANTI on 15th July 2026, commemorating the birth anniversary of Acharya Sushruta, the Father of Surgery and one of the greatest pioneers of surgical science.

The programme was graced by the presence of the Principal, IAMC, Superintendent & DMS, UHAN, Heads of Departments, Consultants, faculty members, Doctors and students. The celebration featured lamp lighting, insightful academic deliberations on Acharya Sushruta’s timeless contributions to surgery and healthcare, and presentations highlighting the academic and clinical activities of IAMC & UHAN
